our history
2022
Recognising the unique needs of neurodivergent workers, we launched The Neurodiverse Safe Work Initiative, offering specialised education, tools, and resources to help employers expand their OHS management systems. By 2023, this initiative had grown into a separate business entity, further solidifying our commitment to inclusivity and innovation.
2020
We adapted to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic by transitioning our services online, ensuring that everything from investigations to audits could be conducted remotely and expanded the scope of our coaching services. This flexibility remains a cornerstone of our business, although we still value the power of personal engagement.
2018-2020
Since our launch in 2018, Lethbridge Piper & Associates has been dedicated to transforming workplaces through expert occupational health and safety (OHS) management.
